1. Who is the data controller?

The controller of your personal data is Bitspire, based in Poland.

2. What data do we collect and why?

We collect data only to the extent necessary to:

  • handle inquiries submitted through the contact form,
  • conduct correspondence related to our offer,
  • pursue or defend against claims if necessary.

The processed data includes primarily: name, email address, phone number (if provided), message content, as well as technical data such as IP address and browser identifier (stored in server logs).

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling user inquiries.

3. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning, including:

  • remembering the selected language,
  • remembering the theme preference (light / dark).

These cookies do not require consent under cookie regulations, but we inform you about their use.

4. Who do we share data with?

Your data may be transferred to the following entities:

  • Vercel, Inc. — hosting infrastructure provider (server logs),
  • Seohost — hosting / domain provider,
  • Resend, Inc. — email service provider (if used for correspondence),
  • Google Search Console — website ownership verification tool, does not process users' personal data,
  • entities authorized under applicable law.

Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Vercel, Inc. provides services in the United States. Data transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards in place, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

6. How long do we keep data?

Data from the contact form is stored for the time necessary to respond and for any subsequent correspondence, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the last message. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent),
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

8. Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to data, and the use of trusted service providers.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Any material changes will be communicated by posting the new version on this page together with the last updated date.
